Does Toggl support invoicing?

No. Toggl does not have built-in invoicing. Billable rates, labor costs, and time totals are available through Reports (Summary, Time Logs, and Profitability) and can be exported to CSV, PDF, or XLSX to bring into your invoicing or accounting tool of choice, or pulled directly via the Toggl Public API.
