In Toggl 2.0, every time entry can represent something you already did or something you've scheduled ahead of time, shown together on one Calendar. Connect Google or Outlook and your meetings show up alongside your tracked and planned work.
  • The reporting your team kept exporting to get. Where Toggl Track's reporting centers on hours by project or client, Toggl 2.0 adds project dashboards, plus workload and utilization views with a custom target you set — so you can flag over- or under-utilization against your own benchmark. Stop pulling Toggl Track data into Power BI to answer a question about profitability, capacity, or margins — the data was always in Toggl. Now so are the answers.

A few structural changes under the hood

Tasks carry more structure and are what the Timeline and capacity views are built on: they can have an assignee, dates, an estimate, priority, and status. A task in Toggl 2.0 can even stand alone with no project, as a personal to-do — something Toggl Track doesn't support.
